Time for a new job!  Starting this week I am working for a small-but-successful-and-rapidly-growing startup called Riverbed Technology.  I'm leading a serious UI project.  It was a tough choice between Riverbed and NetApp, with some interest from Yahoo, Google, and some others...  But Riverbed seemed to have the strongest energy and opportunities.
