SF Bay Area Radio
Progressive Rock Shows on Local FM Radio
Wednesday nights, 9pm to midnight, KALW 91.7 FM, San Francisco
More world fusion and impressionistic, but they do play some progressive rock.
(Later: I see the show is no longer on KALW's schedule, but I'm leaving it here as a reference in the event there's a push to bring it back.)
Thursday nights, 8:30pm to 10pm, KUSF 90.3 FM, San Francisco
Features progressive rock bands from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
(Later... maybe not. KUSF sold their license and are rebuilding themselves as an internet station.)
Progtology 101 Chris "The Progtologist" Elio's show 9:00 am to Noon on KSCU 103.3 FM, Santa Clara (FM and streaming). Rebroadcast Mondays at 4:00pm and Wednesdays at 9:00am on Prog Palace Radio. And Interview Archives are available here.
Bay Area Progressive Rock Shows on Interweb Radio
Friday evenings, 9pm to midight, on The Dividing Line
Eric Brooks' broadcasts from Castro Valley and plays Bay Area unsigned bands.
And feel encouraged to use the online chat facility to heckle the DJ.
Interweb Radio Plays BayProg Music
Aural Moon These guys have a wonderful progressive rock playlist, very good sound quality, feature many SF Bay Area bands, and they have a request line so you can request specific songs (hint-hint). Don's favorite.
The Progressive Rock Radio Network Hear the best of both New and Old Progressive Rock on the web.
Planet Prog On WMSE 91.7 FM in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 9:00-10:30pm (central) Sunday nights. And over the internet, both live and archived.
